Bramfield C of E School

We have learnt that in Viking times one of the past times they would have enjoyed was telling stories / Saga's around the fire. We have been listening to the saga of Egil our task was to write the concluding part of the saga where Egil is pleading to the King for his life. In our pleas we appealed to the king with flattery and compliments. We are glad to announce that King was very impressed and saved us all! 

After our saga's  we celebrated by cooking dampers on the fire and washed down by hot chocolate.
