Bramfield C of E School

When children join Bramfield C. of E. Primary parents automatically become members of The Friends of Bramfield, but the level of envolvement is completely individual and voluntary.

The Friends are the main source of fundrasing for the school and in the past have helped to provide resources, or purchased equipment, that children would not otherwise have access to. The Friends have provided new sports kits for the KS2 children and purchased laptops and ICT equipment. We are currently in raising money to build an all purpose sports facility. Our fundraising and successful application for grants means we are very close to the total needed and we are about to submit plans with the hope of completing the build by September 2023. 

The Friends organise fundraising events throughout the year; such as the Summer Fete, the Christmas Bazaar, Raffles, Competitions and bake sales. They also organise for children to produce art work to be made into Christmas cards, this creates funds for the school, as a part fo the profits is gifted back to The Friends.

The Aims of The Friends of Bramfield:

• To advance facilities for children and families at Bramfield Church of England Primary school.
• To provide resources beyond those usually expected of a primary school for children at Bramfield Church of England Primary School.
• To provide and raise funds to enhance the children’s learning environment.
